In accordance with Chancellor’s Regulation A-801,  the DOE provides transportation to all ELIGIBLE New York City students in public schools. If you are interested in your child having transportation services in September, please complete this form as soon as possible.

If you have ongoing issues with technology to support learning at home, even after visiting our support pages (such as Getting Started with Your iPadGetting Started with Teams),please fill out the Technical Support for Families form. The form uses Google Translate in the top right corner. 

You can use the form to let us know what issues you are having with NYCDOE iPads or other devices including:

·       Status or delivery of iPad request

·       Reporting a lost or stolen device

·       Support for sign in and use of iPad or other DOE devices

·       Help with applications (including Google Classroom)

Even though you are allowed to use Zoom now, you cannot simply use Zoom as you did before. You must use the DOE-licensed version of Zoom. But it's easy: just sign in with your DOE account credentials.

  • Enter your DOE student account email address (it ends in

  • If you don't know your DOE student account email, visit DOE Student Accounts.

  • Enter your password.

  • Click Sign In.

  • If the username and password entered are valid, you will be signed into the remote learning portal successfully.

  • Click on the Zoom icon.

  • You’re in Zoom!


New York City is committed to making free meals available daily for all New Yorkers. Any New Yorker can receive free meals available at more than 200 locations across the city. 

  • Meals can be picked up from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, on schools days only. Please view the DOE calendar for more information

    • Meals are not available to the general public at any other time

    • No registration or ID required

    • Multiple meals can be picked up at once
