Health & Nutrition Program (Cornell University)

May 23, 2017

Congratulations to our parents who graduated on the Nutrition & Health Program by The Cornell University - Cooperative Extension!  For 8 weeks, parents learned strategies on how to provide themselves and their families with healthy meals and snacks. They learned basic nutrition, portion size, food preparation, menu planning, food safety, feeding children and how to stay physically active! Congratulations to all!
